What’s up guys? My name’s Jesse. I’ve been training at Forged for the past year. Forged Fitness really changed my life. Everyone here wants to see you progress, they want to see you do better.
I joined here, not sure if it was something that I wanted to get into. It definitely was. Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and fitness was my routine, and it has been my routine for the past year. I’ve been doing it non-stop and I love it.
Y’know, it’s the persistence, you can’t really give up on it. Once you push through those barriers, and you keep knocking them down, you’ll start to see how your body builds and changes. I feel a lot more confident and a lot more determined in my goals. I know that during the workout it may get hard, but I just push through. It’s the message in life: no matter how hard it gets, you just keep pushing through.
I love training at Forged Fitness. It’s definitely a lifestyle. Whether it’s Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai or [high intensity interval training]; once you start doing it, you see the benefits of it, and you’ll want to keep pushing yourself to get the results that you want.
You can’t give up, you just have to keep going at it. It might take a while, or it might take a couple months. It’s wherever you want to go. That’s what it’s about, just setting your goal and going for it.
