Class changes this month! No 7:30 pm class on Friday’s. Barbell club will be at 9am and SOS at 10am. We are now requiring preregistration for the 9:30am class and the 7:30pm class during the week. If no one registers the class will be cancelled. Please check your email or stop by the front desk for more details.
