2 – 25m Sled Push/ Sled Pull (switch each round)
3 – 50m Farmers Carry
4 – Recover by breathing through nose only.

Power Clean

2 Power Cleans (65-85%)

Go every 90 seconds.

Start at 65% and move up on weight every 1-2 sets if moving well.
