Tuesday’s WOD 3/20/18

30 Minute Class Workout
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
8 intervals, alternating A1/A2

A1:
2 minute AMRAP
30 double unders
15 wall balls (20/14)
10 burpees

Then, immediately go to A2.

Metcon (Distance)
A2:
Row for max distance in 2:00

Rest 2 minutes before returning to A1.

1 Hour Class
Metcon (Weight)
10 minute EMOM
1 Clean + Jerk

Start at 65%, increase weight every 1-2 sets if moving well.
