Minute 2: 5 Double KB Push Jerk

For time:
15 down to 1 Hand Release Push Ups
15m Stone Carry between each round of push ups

Time cap 12 min.

1 Hour Class
Metcon (Weight)
In 20 minutes, build to a heavy 15m Yoke Carry or Zercher Carry.

Aim for 6-8 carries maximum.
