10 DB Thruster (50/35)
15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
50m KB Farmers Walk (80/55)
1 Hour Class
Bench Press – Single
In 12 minutes, work up to a heavy single.
Metcon (Weight)
18 minute EMOM, rotating minutes:
1 – 3 alternating stone to shoulder (ascending load, add load each minute if form is good)
2 – 10m Prowler Push – start light and add load each minute.
3 – REST
