Our 30-45 minute Forged FITness classes are led by nationally certified instructors and are inspired by military-style boot camp drills, functional fitness workouts, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). During our unique W.O.D.s (workout of the day), we teach you to use a variety of workout tools such as kettle bells, medicine balls, free weights, jump ropes and jump boxes to perform workouts at various levels of intensity that can be scaled to your abilities. While you learn the proper techniques in a pleasant and safe environment, you will not find a lot of machines – your body is the machine capable of things you can only imagine.
Incredible camaraderie among our members creates a support system in which everyone is held accountable. This workout style is far more rewarding than training on your own at a conventional gym. Pushing yourself alongside fellow athletes prevents boredom and quickly transforms your body without you ever reaching a plateau. Our convenient class schedule further prevents you from making excuses.
