Run For Our Heroes 2014

The sixth and final Run For Our Heroes 5k road race to honor our fallen sister and brothers’ memories is quickly approaching. The Forged Fitness family will be running as a team and we are encouraging all of our members, families, and friends to run with us for this great cause. ■What: A certified 5K Road Race in scenic downtown Raleigh, and the McGruff Crime Dog Kids’ Dash.
■When: April 26, 2014 8:30 a.m. Ceremony to honor our fallen officers with the laying of the wreath at the Raleigh Police Memorial, 5K begins at 9 a.m. followed by the McGruff Crime Dog Kids Dash at 10 a.m.
■Where: Nash Square (200 block of W. Hargett St.) Raleigh, North Carolina.
■Why: Our HEROES live forever! This is the 6th and Final road race to honor our fallen sister and brothers’ memories. It is not how they died that made them HEROES, it is how they lived.
